For a number of years I had been on allergy shots regularly every 4 to six weeks. It would take less time and space to share what I wasn’t allergic to that what I was. We were introduced to Nikken in January 2006 and changed our home into a Wellness home within a couple of months. My personal physical at the end of 2006 showed dramatic changes in wellness from the previous year end in 2005. Our family doctor was amazed and eventually joined us in sharing the opportunity to use Nikken technologies for chronic problems. The following year in 2007 I consulted with my allergist about the results our family doctor had found and wondered if getting off the allergy shots would be a good idea. He suggested we stop cold and give it six months. We did that and as of 2011 I have not been back to see him nor had any shots. I wish I could pin point what made the difference but feel it was the concept of putting my body in a condition with good water, sleep, nutrition, and air that allowed it to heal itself. Being able to be free of the challenge of allergies is not only a blessing but a financial savings in a big way. Our insurance had not been paying anything for allergies for several years.

In 1976, I was working for the airlines in Denver, CO, and fell injuring my back & neck which caused me to get incapacitating headaches almost on a daily basis. I went to every kind of doctor and specialist, but nothing got rid of the headaches. I tried everything and nothing worked. I lived on pain pills, taking sometimes 40 a day, which caused me all kinds of stomach problems. Doctors ran a scope down my throat and told me I had a disease associated with the medication. My esophagus was all inflamed and my stomach burned and churned with everything I ate. The specialists tested me for allergies and also found out I was allergic to 41 foods, including wheat, and they put me on even more medication. I had joint discomfort in my knees and hips, and after my injury in 1976, my temperature dropped down to 95.7, so I also froze for 22 years! Every day, every week, every year, I continued to have those incapacitating headaches...for 22 years. Then a miracle happened... I learned about Nikken. Although I got a headache after the initial rollout, I knew it would have to help and ordered the complete sleep system. In 2 1/2 weeks, the headaches were gone! It is truly the most wonderful thing in the world to be headache free! Three months after I began using the sleep system, I discovered I no longer have the stomach problems and was able to discontinue all my medication. Now I can eat anything I want and my stomach is fine! WOW!
My joint discomfort in my knees and hips went away too. I can go up and down ladders now and my knees don't hurt anymore. My temperature is like a normal person's now. I don't freeze in the winter and I get too warm in the summer just like other people do....it's great!

I live in Dubuque, Iowa and I suffer from allergies and have had great results working with Dr. George Kroker from Allergy Associates of LaCrosse, Wisconsin. Allergy Associates is unique in that they do not only skin testing but also sublingual testing for food allergies and blood tests to discover ALL the allergies, not just the environmental ones. They also treat candida, which I fervently believe is causational in fibro. They use sublingual drops to desensitize the body. I have been helped greatly by this clinic. Between cleaning up mold in my home, using Nikken products for over 5 years and following their allergy program, I truly have been helped. Their phone number is 608-782-2027. Dr. Kroker is sited in Dr. William Cook's books such as "The Yeast Connection" and he has done some of the seminal research into that condition.
I discovered the candida thing by reading the book "The Yeast Connection" by Dr. Crook. Candida is a form of yeast that is present in the body and which can grow out of control for a variety of reasons, the most common being overuse of antibiotics which destroy your body's natural bacteria. Sublingual means under the tongue. When testing for food allergies, they put drops in your mouth under the tongue, which is an area of the body where things are absorbed very rapidly into the bloodstream and lymph system. If you are allergic to the food, you'll have some kind of reaction within 10 minutes. Then they give you more drops to neutralize the substance and try another. When they finally nail down your food and environmental allergies (they also do the normal skin testing for environmental allergies like mold, dust, etc.) they formulate a liquid that has very small amounts of your actual allergens. You take this as 1 to 3 drops under your tongue three times a day. This desensitizes your body in much the same way allergy shots do, but from my reading it's safer, easier, and works more thoroughly although it may take longer. The clinic treats the candida problem with a diet that restricts the foods that feed yeast: sugar, white flour, yeast containing foods like vinegar, breads, cheese, etc. They also have prescribed Diflucan or Nystatin orally for my daughter and myself. We have been helped significantly by this process It IS really hard to change those eating habits, and I have certainly not been 100%. In fact, for almost 3 years from '93-'96 I ate no sugar. But then I went "off the wagon" and really paid for it. I was also off my allergy drops from that point until recently, and my condition went downhill. I also discovered that there was severe mold in my home, which was dragging me down. So I have gotten back on my drops, watch my eating, and have used various methods of dealing with the mold. I get better each month, I think. It's been very hard for me because I'm allergic to dairy, eggs, corn, yeast, and don't digest most grains very well, so I end up eating mostly meat and vegetables. Holidays are hard. However, I know that if I stick with my drops for a few years and stay as disciplined as possible I can look forward to getting rid of the allergies. It's best to try to eat on a rotation schedule, ideally not eating any food more often than every 4 days, but it is hard. With anything like this, I think we just do what we can and take it one thing at a time. I feel so much better when I pay attention to diet that it's easier to stay with it. I'll be traveling to Virginia tomorrow to spend the New Year with a friend but will be back late next week. Oh, also the medications kill yeast - the Yeast Connection book explains it all very well.

I have had hay fever all my life. It only affects me from about early August to the first frost. But during those months, life can be miserable. I had a strong experience this past August, at a county fair where we had a booth. The first day I wore my Nikken necklace and sneezed maybe four times all day. The second day I did NOT wear the necklace, and was completely miserable and non-functioning all day. Had to leave early, in fact, as I was of no help. It was a night and day difference. I know the necklace has been good for allergies as well.

My 9-year-old son was on Claritin for 4 years for allergies (to reduce the endless ear/sinus infections resulting from clogged passages), my 6-year-old daughter was on Claritin for over a year (her tendency for bronchitis made her an asthma candidate), and I have been on Claritin since it came out. We came into Nikken last May and have not taken any Claritin since! We now wear Magstrides/Magsteps, drink PiMag water, and sleep on sleep systems. I also wear the necklace and earrings 24-7. We sleep better – no more nighttime stuffiness and restlessness - and my children no longer have bedwetting agonies. My son is dreaming for the first time that he can remember! I suffered with 13 years of Allergies to candles, dust, pollen, etc. I visited the doctor's office once every 6-8 weeks for sinus infections. Horrible. I missed many days of work because of the allergies and was just miserable going to a friends house that had candles lit, etc. When I became affiliated with Nikken almost 2 years ago, I heard on a audio tape that if you put the super mini magnet 2-3 inches below your belly button and left it there, that you would get tremendous relief. Why you ask? Apparently this is the acupuncture pressure point for the sinuses. Well lo and behold, I followed instructions and got results. The day I put it on I suffered terribly. My normal meds for it were bottles of seldane and tylenol sinus. After I put the super mini on, I could literally feel my nasal cavity clearing and I was completely comfortable seven hours later without taking a pill. I left it on for the month, except when I showered and listen to this. I haven't taken one pill since! That was 2 years ago! Soon after, I incorporated the sleep system, the water, the necklace and the magsteps and have been free from that and many other conditions. The sleep mask is wonderful as well! A major problem with most sleep systems is the fact that they don’t "breathe". Moisture is easily trapped in synthetic mattresses and pillows, attracting dust mites, and promoting microbial growth. That highly influences allergies. I lived on Allergy medications, which caused stomach problems and always feeling drowsy. We have 8 children and 4 of them had regular trouble with croup (4-6 times a year each)-we would often need to use the nebulizer & steroids to help them breathe so they could sleep. 8 of them had lots of allergy related problems and these would often turn into different complications and often infections. 1 was beginning to wheeze when he exercised. We got sleep systems for al l of them and shortly afterward began using the PiMag countertop unit and showerhead. We have a relative that cannot come to our home because he is allergic to our dog. After about 30 minutes, he starts to sneeze and his eyes get red and swollen. The last time he was here, as usual, he started to sneeze. I put the PalmMag on high speed and placed it on the kitchen table right in front of where he was sitting. He never sneezed again. I am a total believer in the Immunity nutritional. I take it (one a.m., one p.m.) and also all 3 of my children take one every morning. If some kind of illness is going around we "up" the dosage. We have NOT, I repeat NOT gotten sick AT ALL since we have lived in Tokyo. The air quality here is very poor and lots of people have trouble with sinus/allergies and getting flu bugs. Of course we also drink Optimized PiMag water and have sleep systems--but I really believe Immunity gives us an edge others do not have. I want to add that MANY of my team members are on Immunity and it has dramatically improved their resistance to illness. I have had allergies since I was a child. I have am allergic to mold, pollen & pet dander to name just a few. My son (13) is allergic to oak trees, rice and cats. He has had allergies and sinus problems since he was 6 months old. We have three cats, three dogs and three guinea pigs. I have found that using the nutritionals and PiMag optimized water has helped me tremendously. The Immunity is the best, I use it 4 times a day during Allergies season. I suffered with oak and pine allergies (pine being the worst!) in the spring; upon hearing that some consultants used our necklace for this type of problem, I put it on about 3 years ago; since that time, I no longer have to take prescription drugs for these allergies. I am grateful! Necklace also helps with neck strain as I work on a computer most of the day. I have also been taking the Immunity Nutritional for the past year and it is pretty wonderful. Over the last week I have been helping out friends with the technology from Nikken to recover from terrible infections starting out with allergies getting out of control. One person was having vertigo, numbness of legs, all over achy feeling and she kept saying she had a golf ball in the side of her neck. I have a great testimonial to share about the Nikken necklace. I was at a weekend planning meeting with a young professionals organization last weekend. A member of the group had to leave the room. Someone's perfume/cologne was causing her to have breathing problems and she lost her voice. She loses her voice every time she has an allergy attack. She came back into the room about 20 minutes later, still no voice. I took my Nikken magnetic necklace off my own neck and placed it on her. Within 15 seconds, yes seconds, her voice came back. Everyone in the room was amazed. I loaned it to her for the week. She is a science teacher and loses her voice everyday at the playground. There is something in the area she is allergic to. In New Zealand at present we are at the start of Summer and with all the wind we have been having a great number of people have been suffering from hay fever because of all the pollen and seeds blown about. My husband had a shocking case of sneezing, sore eyes, runny nose etc., so put his necklace on and within 2 hours all symptoms were gone. When Nikken announced the introduction of their GreenZymes, I felt it was worth giving it a try, because I couldn't feel any worse than I already did on medication. So, I weaned myself off of all of the medications I had been taking 45-60 days in advance of receiving my first shipment of the GreenZymes to give my body a chance to be free of the chemicals. I was skeptical as to how my system would react, given my allergy to grass and the fact that GreenZymes are a barley grass product. Within 24 hours of taking the GreenZymes, I could feel and hear (in my breathing) a definite difference in how my body was reacting.
