I was taking Luvox 200mg. for panic as well as Zanax. When I went
on the sleep system and magsteps in my shoes, I noticed I was getting extremely
sleepy during the day when before I was doing my normal functions without any
problems. I called my doctor and with in about a 3 month span I was down to .25
mg a day of the Luvox and quit taking Zanax. Now I’m off from the Luvox as
well. I am doing fine and not having any problems with the panic attacks any
longer. I suffered with depression for 10 years and was on several different
anti-depressants plus the Zanax. Stress causes panic attacks to start and I
have been under a lot of stress lately and I
am doing great. What a blessing!

I helped a women who regularly took three dosages of lithium
(morning, noon and night) reduced her meds to once a day within 30 days of
using the magsteps. Prior to this even taking the three dosages she was still
unstable, now she's on top of the world. We have had wonderful results with
other adults as well with Bipolar depression.

I met a man the other day at a Wellness Preview whose depression
had been lifted just by the necklace. I also saw a study of people with
depression in Israel that revealed that magnets had improved their mood
significantly when compared to a similar group that did not wear magnets.

My son was diagnosed with Bipolar. Our products worked so well in
helping him with his body working more optimally and sleeping better. It helped
him to start concentrating on what his body needed for health and not on the
specific problem. The meds our son was given did not help him at all and after
concentrating on health, he has been off any meds for 2 1/2 years and is a
delightful, bright young man of 19.

I was diagnosed 12 months after a 2nd car accident with Post
Traumatic Stress Disorder. I was unable to sleep without medication, which made
me feel like a zombie. I have not had to take a sleeping pill since my 1st
night on the sleep system. My anxiety & depression have lifted dramatically
now that I'm sleeping remarkably well and feeling more energy and less achyness
upon waking.

I've been on anti-depressants for 9 years and since I started
using the sleep system, I've been able to discontinue using them. It took me at
least a month to notice a change but boy is it worth it! After a couple of
months on the sleep system, and necklace & magsteps during the day, I
noticed a significant mood change so I discontinued taking drugs. It's been
over a year and I only take a 1/2 of a Zoloft maybe every other month if I
notice any problems arising. Everybody is different and it may take longer than
the week-10day trial period for a change to take place, but it is well worth
the expense and the wait!!!

After 30 years of flying airplanes for a living and after 10 years
of hating my latest employer (messy merger and lost benefits) and after 10
years of commuting to New York from Denver, I fell into a severe depression. I had
not been sleeping well due to flying all night and trying to sleep in a crash
pad all day. I had not been eating right nor exercising right. I lost my job
which paid well, and I had nowhere else to go. I had no future. Then came
Nikken into my life. The products helped my health. I got back to eating right
and used our wonderful Nikken supplements. I started exercising. I had
wonderful sleep on the Nikken sleep system. Many discomforts all over my body
went away due to all of our products and a better life style. The most amazing
thing was that I then saw a future through Nikken's business opportunity. I now
look forward to a much brighter future than I had ever expected after 30 years
of airline flying.
And I can continue to be productive to the end. As an airline
pilot I was forced out at the age of 60 due to government bureaucracy. AND I
get to do all of this by helping other people to be more. Thank you Nikken.

My daughter is bipolar noticed immediate improvement when she
began sleeping on the mattress pad. She says it makes her feel much calmer and
in control. I know that it was the final answer we were searching for after
months of medication and therapy alone had not done the trick. She is still on
medication, but that alone had not been enough to "normalize" her.
She was about 70% there, and now with Nikken, she is 100%. There is also a interesting web page you can
talking about how Magnet therapy shows promise for severe Depression: http://gem.lightlink.com/vitamin/althealth/cgi/frameset3.cgi?url=http://www.cnn.com/HEALTH/9803/20/magnets.depression/index.ht

We have had a great experience with one of my husband's co-workers
with his depression. He was in the hospital for four days undergoing tests to
find the solution to his tiredness and depression. The hospital diagnosed him
with chronic fatigue and depression. After
lending him the mattress, a pair of steps and a bracelet he called us three
days later and couldn't believe how good he felt. He since has bought the
mattress and steps, etc and his tiredness and depression are gone. These
products are just an answer to prayer for so many of our families and loved
ones.

A great article to read over the web with Dr. Batmanghelidj who
wrote “Your Bodies Many Cries for Water”:
http://watercure2.com/sam_biser.htm . Dr. Batmanghelidj
(Batman-gel-lij) received his medical degree from St. Mary’s Hospital Medical
School of London University.
Batmanghelidj: When we are sedentary, the
biological action of tryptophan is blocked by an excess of the branch-chain
amino acids. The result is depression in
your brain. Why? You need serotonin that is manufactured from tryptophan - to
prevent depression from taking over the body physiology. That is why drinking
plenty of water can cure depression - even better than drugs. Finally, if a
person refuses to add the small amount of salt as I suggested earlier – for
every eight glasses - then the water may not produce full benefits. Your body requires salt to retain the water.
Otherwise, the water will pass through too quickly. One woman I heard of drank
plenty of
water and still had high blood pressure, because she refused to
take any salt. She was too frightened from all the misinformation she heard. Unfortunately, the health movement is
fanatical against salt, which can make it impossible to cure dehydration. I saw
one woman with asthma who was drinking water, but who did not get a lasting
cure until she started taking some salt.
WOMAN FINDS RELIEF FROM DEPRESSION
Here is a typed copy of a hand written letter we received from a
reader in Syracuse, New York:
I read your interview with Dr. Batmanghelidj a couple of weeks ago
and it made a profound impression on me. I immediately started drinking more
water. I also completely gave up beverages containing caffeine. Although I have
only been on this program for a couple
of weeks, I feel like a new person! I wanted to tell you about some results that
I got because the ones that impressed me the most, and for which I am most
thankful, are not physical results, per se, they are emotional, psychological
and mental. I did get some very good physical results. I lost weight, all my allergy symptoms disappeared, and I
enjoyed a tremendous upsurge in energy - but I was much more grateful for (and
amazed by) a release from a lifelong
battle with depression, and other emotional and psychological problems. I had gotten
to the point where my
nerves were just shot. I was overly sensitive and overreacted to
everything. The slightest setback became a major setback. I couldn't cope with
the pressures of even ordinary everyday living, much less more stressful
situations. I developed a very short fuse. I would get irritated and angry at
the slightest provocation and then I would get depressed and hate myself, and
really just want to die. I was ruining my closest relationships and I
contemplated suicide many times. I began to believe that I might have a mental
illness. I saw many different psychiatrists and social workers, but my
experiences never really changed. I was progressively more volatile with drastic
mood swings and I lived under a big dark cloud. But then, when I began to
follow Dr. Batmanghelidj's guidelines, I felt the big dark cloud lift. It was
as if the sun finally came out. I felt calmer and more peaceful, more centered
and grounded, and just plain happier. My nerves no longer jumped out of control
at every little thing and I began to feel a profound sense of joy and relief. I
no
longer felt like something was drastically wrong with me. I began
to be able to hold my head up and face the world instead of tending toward a
sort of paranoid agoraphobia. Thank you so much for publishing that
fascinating interview. It made more sense than anything else I've ever read on
health (and I've read a lot), and it has helped me more than anything else I
have ever tried (and I've tried a lot). Also, a glass of water is free - my
last psychiatrist was $65.00 for 45 minutes!

My step-daughter, Kip Cross, suffered from panic attacks for
years, tried lots of things, even quit her job. After borrowing MagSteps &
a back flex for a back problem, the panic attacks stopped. She didn't believe
there was a connection & forgot to switch her MagSteps to her work shoes;
went to work without them & by mid-morning, felt a panic attack coming on,
went home, put her
MagSteps in her shoes & the panic attack didn't happen. I
think she no longer has the panic attack problem, but still is skeptical of the
technology!?!

I asked Dr. Peter Goldberg at a Nikken event last year about
depression. His response was that the most important consideration when dealing
with mental health issues is to minimize free radical damage (Antioxidant
formula), keep the body well hydrated (water), and maintain proper amounts of
the basic vitamin/mineral balance (Multivitamin).

The Dream comforter has negative ions, which help depression
tremendously -- also, sleeping on the magnetics helps, because when a person
gets a good night's sleep it makes a huge difference in their mood. I also have
had people use the necklace as well with good results. The nutritionals and the
Optimized PiMag water would make a big difference too -- antioxidant and liver
formula for starters.

I worked with a very depressed woman, who was on all kinds of
psychotropic drugs, (who also had difficulty breathing) sitting at my dining
room table, wearing my necklace, drinking Optimized PiMag water and breathing
Air Wellness negative ions for about 45 minutes. She was a different person by
the time she left my house, smiling, joking, and able to walk up and down my
steps without breathing heavily and gasping for breath!
