I was told that I was a walking time bomb a few years ago. My cholesterol was extremely high along with my triglicerides and blood pressure. I was diagnosed with high Uric Acid levels. I was also diagnosed with an Oesophagus disease. Along with that problem was the fact that I had a torn rotor cuff that needed Surgery one week after I discovered these wonderful products. To make a long story short, I recently had a complete Physical and was told that my blood pressure was 117/74, that of a young athlete. My cholesterol and triglicerides were better than normal along with no signs of Uric Acid problems anymore. I was told my Oesophagus problem was incurable and that I must get an Upper Endoscopy each year to watch out for signs of Big C. This January 2000 was the third year I had it done. The Doctor was so impressed with my improvement each year over each year's photographs of my Oesophagus that he said he will not have to see me for two years till my next exam. I have the pictures and it is so amazing how each years improvement is clearly seen. I wonder if the fact that I sleep on and wear Magnets, use Far Infrared Products and take Nutritionals daily has anything to do with any of this? Probably just Placebo, Don't you think!

A great article to read over the web is with Dr. Batmanghelidj who wrote the book “Your Bodies Many Cries for Water”. The web site is: http://watercure2.com/sam_biser.htm. Here are some important excerpts from it on High Cholesterol: Batmanghelidj: Cholesterol is deposited in tissues because of dehydration. The cells put out cholesterol to close themselves off – so they do not lose any more water.  Biser: So it is like desert plants that put off waxy substances to retain water inside their leaves?  Batmanghelidj: Exactly. The high cholesterol is an adaptation to a low water intake. I had one patient, Minister Wahby, who lowered  his cholesterol by almost 100 points by increasing his water intake. Before, he had tried without much success to reduce his cholesterol. He was a diplomat from Washington who had to entertain socially quite often. Last year, he was shocked to find that his cholesterol had shot up to 279. In two months of following my advice, and with very little "observance" of the old rules, which were making his life miserable, his cholesterol went down to 203 for the first time in nine years. It is important to drink the water and to walk for a half hour to an hour a day. Results like this are not a fluke - they are typical.

Nikken has another great set of products that help the body with cholesterol metabolism: the water technologies ... especially the shower system!! Even the medical establishment is realizing that chlorine is implicated in triglyceride & cholesterol metabolic disturbances in addition to its other toxic effects & we're learning that we can absorb more chlorine through our lungs in a quick shower than by soaking in a swimming pool for a weekend. Check out the website: www.watercure.com/Topics2.htm
We need to protect ourselves from chlorine at all cost. For instance from SAINAW HOSPITAL - Dr. J.M. Price MD: "Cancer risks among people drinking chlorinated water is 93% higher than among those whose water does not contain chlorine." I'm very grateful I have access to a shower system and water systems that not only takes out the chlorine, but also takes out all the other contaminants and gives us "living water" which makes me feel much safer as well as feeling much better.

For someone taking Colestid, medication can be affected up to 4-6 hours after taking it. You have to take other medications 1 hour prior to the Colestid. I would not want to take the nutritionals after taking Colestid, because they might loose all the good effects of the nutritionals to the Colestid. Check with the doctor to see if they can divide the medication to once or twice a day instead of three times daily. This can be taken once daily (up to 16 grams per day) if no problems with side effects. If you need to get a hold of me for any more information, I work 9am to 6pm Monday through Thursday this next week (phone # 307-532-8484) or you can try my home number 307-532-2767.

My cholesterol has always been high, in the 340 range. As a vegetarian, with minimal dairy consumption I blamed genetics and was not as worried as the doctors that tried to put me on cholesterol lowering drugs. My HDL was also well above 'normal'.  About 6 months ago I stopped drinking coffee and drank pretty much only water (I had read 'The Bodies Many Cries for Water' by Batman, and wanted to see what I could achieve in my general wellness and athletic ability). Three months ago I had a medical exam, and discovered that my level had dropped to 323 with no apparent changes in my diet. Shortly thereafter I re read the book and took in the chapter on Cholesterol (the body produces cholesterol to act as a barrier so that water in dehydrated bodies is channeled to essential functions first) and wondered if the change in my level was more than coincidence. I told the doctor that I would continue on the water regimen and then have a retest.
I JUST HAD IT RECHECKED, EARLIER THAN I INTENDED AND IT IS NOW DOWN TO 295! AGAIN WITH NO
CHANGES IN MY DIET OR EXERCISE OTHER THAN DRINKING 2/3 LITRES OF WATER A DAY.

Info on the Jade Greenzymes that’s helpful…
"Barley grass leaf extract dramatically inhibits the growth of human prostatic cancer cells grown in tissue culture. ...It may provide a new nutritional approach to the treatment of prostate cancer. " ---Dr. Allan L. Goldstein, MD, George Washington Univ. Medical Center Nutritional Value: A concentrated source of nearly three dozen vitamins and minerals barley grass is particularly rich in vitamins A, C, B1, B2, folic acid, and B12; calcium; iron; potassium; and chlorophyll. Unlike most plants, barley grass provides all nine essential amino acids (those which you body can't produce). Barley grass contains eighteen amino acids, including the eight essential ones -that is, the amino acids that we must get from our diet. The body cannot produce them itself. The "green" is from chlorophyll. Barley grass has one of the highest, natural, rich chlorophyll contents of all the green vegetables. In fact, Barley Grass has 66 times more chlorophyll than spinach. Barley also contains glucan, a fiber also found in oat bran and reported to reduce cholesterol levels. The root contains the alkaloid hordenine which stimulates peripheral blood circulation and has been used as a bronchodilator for bronchitis. Barley bran, like wheat bran may be effective in protecting against the risk of cancer.  One of the most common health problems in North America today is poor digestion. There are several reasons for poor digestion, but the two biggest reasons are the inability of your body to produce enough enzymes, and the lack of digestive enzymes in the food that you eat. Digestive enzymes are organic protein molecules that break down food particles such as proteins, carbohydrates, and fats;  and convert them into smaller absorbable nutrients that your body can use to build cells, tissues, and organs. Digestive enzymes are responsible for breaking down the food that you eat so that your food can be more easily absorbed and digested by your small intestine. You obtain most of your digestive enzymes from the food that you eat, and your body also produces enzymes of its own. Unfortunately, because of soil depletion, herbicide sprays, etc., we do not obtain anywhere near the number of enzymes that we need. You should make very sure that you get enough enzymes, because a lack of digestive enzymes will cause a number of things to occur in your body, and here are some of the more common. You may develop abdominal bloating, abdominal cramps, constipation, crohn's disease, colitis, diarrhea, eczema, heartburn, indigestion, IBD, psoriasis, skin rashes, and many other conditions that can cause you a lot of problems.

I have been on 10 mg of Lipitor for about 4 years with no affects. Along with all the Nikken nutritionals and Ciaga my cholesterol went from 207 to 146. My cardiologist is feeling good about that and so am I.

Ruth and I just returned from our annual physicals. We were anxious to see what if any results we had from the last time on our blood work a year ago. We are delighted to report.... YES... IMPROVEMENT!  I've had high Cholesterol for years. I did not want to take drugs for it (unless necessary) and nothing natural (such as Red Yeast Rice) I've ever tried has ever made one speck of difference in my annual blood tests. This time, I can report that something DID!  Ruth's total Cholesterol went from 241 down to 216, a drop of 25. My total Cholesterol went from 285 down to 231, a drop of 54.  My Risk Ratio (Total Cholesterol divided by HDL) has always been under the average of 5.0 but our doctor and I wanted to see the  Total drop anyway. We've been using virtually all of the Nikken nutritional products since they came out. The ONLY difference during the past few months has been the addition of CIAGA.  Since it became available, Ruth and I each have been taking two ounces of CIAGA per day, one in the morning and one before bed.  (We heard one of the Nikken corporate speakers say that while the suggested dose is one ounce per day, seniors may want two ounces per day, so that's what we've been doing.)  I'd heard and read that others had seen reduction of their Cholesterol due to CIAGA (they thought) but I wanted to wait and see WHAT OURS DID before I said anything. Now I feel confident to say, if you are concerned about your Cholesterol, you may want to add CIAGA to your daily routine (best on Autoship) and see if it helps you too. It may be helping us other ways too. WHY do I say that? Because I feel so FANTASTIC! I recently told Ruth that even with my heavy CardioStride shoes on... I feel so good, I feel like RUNNING like a young colt on a brisk spring morning! (And being in our 70's, I'm no longer a "young colt." Ha.) Leon and Ruth Bates

Wow! What good news I have to share with you. I have been struggling with high cholesterol of 210 or higher for many years. Just received my latest blood work report. The magic number was 144. I owe a big thank you to Ron and Donna for introducing us to Nikken and their fine roducts. Nikken's whole food supplements and vitamins, magnetics, reduced caffeine, no carbonated beverages, healthier diet and lots of PiMag water has made me a healthier person. Now if I can have a good golf game tonight this will be a perfect day.

For years, in my adult life, cholesterol levels as well as Triglycerides were out of balance. Countless visits to Nutrition consultants and various diets could not balance the results and statins were started pour in me on late 90's in order to combat the LDL (the "Bad" Cholesterol). Doing more sport did help a bit but not significant to release me from the statins (and I already read about their liver impact). In mid 2006 I joined Nikken and from the start I was consuming the Jade GreenZymes. Looking at my blood tests results (and without claiming any medical claim), one can see what balance means. No more fluctuations, no more outrages numbers. All numbers below are registered on my on-line files of my health services provider (Maccabi) and there are no previous records.  The recommended levels to keep each factor (LDL, Cholesterol & Triglycerides) may vary from country to another, yet the overall impact of the pure JGZ (which is the only food supplement I'm consuming) speaks for itself.
